Outskirts es un lugar donde lo urbano y lo periférico se mezclan y los límites se vuelven difusos. Es un espacio sin identidad propia pero en el que se siente la soledad. Un corazón que late en los márgenes de la ciudad, aportando riqueza a una urbe que lo absorbe todo y, a la vez, lo expulsa. Son lugares inestables, frágiles, donde durante el día hay movimiento y actividad económica, pero cuando cae la noche, el denominador común es la soledad, el abandono y el destierro.
Outskirts is a spot in the border where boundaries between urban and
peripheric get blur, an undefined space with no own identity, that no one’s land where life bustles and lonliness lurks. Beating heart in the bottom and in the edges creating richness to a city which engulfs everything, and simultaneously, expels everything. Unstable places where fragility reigns and where, during the day, economical activity is created and when gets dark, the common factor is the loneliness, abandonment and exile.
